Why choose the self- guided approach?
Gain flexibility
Instead of participating in the online workshops select the times to learn through the platform whenever it suits your availability and schedule.
Only the small group sessions with 3 fellow participants will be dependent on their availability. But the timing will be agreed amongst the group members.
The open sessions with the trainers and mentors will still take place at predetermined times, but they are not mandatory even though highly recommended.
Still benefit from the key pillars of the training: the Learning Sets
As one key pillar of the program and critical part of the success, there will still be 6 guided group sessions to apply the lessons learnt in real-life-scenarios supported by an experienced coach.
