⟶ The e-learning platform will be the "home" of the learning journey throughout the 100 days, hosting all the content (e.g. videos, podcasts, articles, example coaching sessions, reflection sheets, etc.).
⟶ During this 100-day sprint, we will have opportunities to meet live online as a group. We will be learning together, creating a community of practice and a crucible for learning.
⟶ The learning sets are a vital mechanism for this journey. Each participant will be assigned a group of peers to work with during the process.
The intention is to use your peers to share and discuss what you are noticing, give and receive feedback with each other.
⟶ Each learning set will be assigned a coach who will accompany the small group of 4 participants throughout the journey. The coaches are highly experienced and will guide and challenge you with a blend of high-stretch and high-support learning.
